OKC Date #1: Post-Date Report
after this date, i’m going to change my mind about the rule where i give everyone a second chance via second date. this guy had too many strikes against him. he reminded me of this bf of a friend of mine who i’ve nicknamed “Sean Yawn”. except the real Yawn is actually more interesting than this one, if that tells you anything. first of all, the pictures he posted seemed like they were eight years old (he is 38). IRL (in real life), he was heavier, had bad skin (acne), had bad posture, had no confidence, and had joint custody of some dogs that him and his ex-wife owned together. on top of that, he didn’t offer to pay for my $2 coffee, and he doesn’t have a real job. i have no idea how he pays rent.
i may sound demanding, but really? seriously? i think i deserve much more than this. on another note, there was a young guy sitting at the table next to us by himself that i found myself checking out the entire time. i think he felt it and turned around. unfortunately, he left before i could slip him my number. what i can say that i did get out of that date was some self-confidence. slipping a guy i find attractive my number is something i wouldn’t normally ever think of doing. but for some reason i have the balls to want to do it if i’m with someone that i’m not attracted to. maybe i’m just a mean spirit. haha.
